Centerspace believes that formal education has a positive impact on a team member’s contribution to the company, and we support self-development and educational efforts by our team members.  Centerspace managers will be expected to assess the on-going educational requirements of their staff based on the position and should budget accordingly.  If travel is required for training, the Travel & Entertainment Expense Policy can provide guidance for appropriately reporting expenses.
