Managers and team members are strongly encouraged to discuss job performance and goals on an informal, day-to-day basis.  Formal performance evaluations are conducted to provide both managers and team members an opportunity to review job performance, discuss job tasks, identify areas for improvement, recognize strengths, and discuss positive, purposeful approaches for meeting goals.

The performance of all team members is generally formally evaluated on a 12-month cycle.
