Centerspace encourages team members to identify great talent who are interested in employment opportunities and who would contribute to our company’s culture and mission and refer qualified applicants to open positions. Team members should obtain permission from the individual before making a referral, share their knowledge of Centerspace, and not make commitments or oral promises of employment. Team members whose referrals are selected for hire will be eligible for a referral bonus in accordance with Centerspace’s Team Member Referral Policy. This policy may vary based on the hiring market, region, or position. The referral must list the team member who referred them in the appropriate field on their original employment application to qualify under the policy.
