A team member may hold a job with another organization as long as they are able to continue performing their job responsibilities with Centerspace in a satisfactory manner. All team members will be held to the same performance standards and will be subject to Centerspace’s scheduling requirements, regardless of any obligations to another employer.
Centerspace will determine outside employment to be a conflict of interest if it has an adverse impact on Centerspace. In the event of a conflict of interest, or if the team member’s outside work is interfering with their performance or ability to meet Centerspace work requirements, the team member may be asked to terminate outside employment if they wish to remain with Centerspace.
