At Centerspace, we are committed to Doing the Right Thing.  Our successful business operations and the reputation of Centerspace are built upon the ethical conduct of our team members and requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as high regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.

In general, the use of good judgment, based on ethical principles, will guide you with respect to acceptable conduct.  If a situation arises where it is difficult to determine the proper course of action, the matter should be discussed openly with your manager and, if necessary, the General Counsel for advice and consultation.

In accordance with our commitment to conducting business in full compliance with the law and our own policies and procedures, Centerspace has developed and implemented internal controls and procedures that we believe will deter improper conduct, including a Whistleblower Policy that provides for the anonymous submission of concerns regarding financial statement disclosures, accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, human resources concerns or violations of our Code of Conduct.

Reports of improper activity can be made to Lighthouse, an independent provider that will gather reports made by team members and route them to Centerspace’s designee, and investigations will be made at Centerspace’s sole discretion.
