CRM IQ - HAP ledger charges from Rent Roll with Lease Charges
This QRG shows how to find HAP ledger charges using the Rent Roll with Lease Charges report. If you are looking to find HAP ledger charges from the resident ledger, view this QRG HERE.
1. From the Agent Dashboard, select the Reports drop down. Select Rent Roll With Lease Charges under the Resident category.
2. Select your property and the dates you'd like to pull the report from. Select the Display button to display the report on the screen. This can also be exported to Excel, PDF, or emailed to you via Email Report.
3. Scroll to the bottom to see the total amount of income coming from HAP ledgers. Within the report, you can find each resident associated with the HAP rent charge code.
