CRM IQ - Finding HAP Ledger Charges on Resident Ledgers
This QRG will show you how to find HAP ledger charges on the resident profile. If you are looking to find these charges using the Rent Roll with Charges report, view this QRG HERE.
1. Go to the resident profile and select Ledger from the General drop down.
2. On the Ledger tab, there will be a Ledger Type drop down. Select this drop down to filter for the type of ledger you'd like to view. From this drop down, select HAP Only to filter the ledger for only HAP ledger related charges and payments.
3. If you want to review only unpaid HAP ledger charges, go to the Unpaid Charges tab in the Ledger.
4. This tab will filter out all unpaid charges associated with all ledgers. To filter just for the HAP ledger charges, select the Ledger Type drop down and choose HAP Only. This will show only HAP ledger related charges.
