QRG - CRM IQ - How to Find and Pull the Resident Directory Report


This QRG will focus on how to find the the Resident Directory Report and pull/display the data from it.


1. From the Agent Dashboard, select the Reports drop down and find the Resident Directory under the Resident category.


Note: if you do not see it, be sure to select More... under the last report in that list. This will expand the condensed list to see all reports in the category.


2. From the Resident Directory, select the property you'd like to sort for by either typing the name into the property box, or selecting the three dots to pull up a full list to sort through. You can also use any of the additional filters such as Unit, Resident, Status, or More. Once you have your property selected, hit Display. 


Note: the Arrow next to the Display button can be selected to also export the report to .PDF, Excel, or email a copy of the report to yourself.


3. Once loaded, the report will show a list of all residents that meet the parameters of the filters set.


Note: If you would like to customize this report, you can do so by selecting the three dots in the upper right hand corner and selecting Customize Columns. This will give you the opportunity to filter the report down to the essentials of what you're looking for.


You can also change the size of the rows as well as shade each alternate rows to make the viewing experience easier.
