NOTE: Before proceeding, make sure you are connected to the “Centerspace Homes” WiFi network or are hard wired into a desk location via ethernet in the office.
- Search for “printers & scanners” on your computer
- Under “printers & scanners” hit Add device
- When the iR-ADV C5550 pops up, hit add device
- The printer will automatically install, once completed you should be able to print to the selected printer when you print a document.
If you would like to rename the printer to something else so it’s easy to identify, you can locate the printer in your device list and click on it. From here you can click on printer properties and rename the printer in the dialog box. Hit apply and OK.
Scan to Email Setup
You can self-register your email address from the printer itself by adding your email to the address book. Scan and Send > new destination > email
