A Comment is an Activity that allows you to tag and send a message to another Centerspace team member regarding a specific prospect or resident. 


1. On the Agent Dashboard, this example is from the New Conversations section. This email was received from a resident and a specific team member needs to be alerted. Click the Quick View eye icon or View/Add to expand the Resident Summary. 


2. Select Add New Activity.


3. Select Comment. It is recommended to leave the visibility as Public. If it is Private, only the creator or users tagged will be able to see the activity.



4. Type @ and the beginning of the team member's name to view and select from the populated list. 


5. Enter a message and select Submit.


6. The Timeline will display the comment. If public or tagged in the comment, you will see a Reply button option.


7. The tagged individuals will receive an email notification with a button to Go to Tenant that brings them to CRM IQ.
