This QRG will cover how to add and/or remove a roommate when a renewal offer exists/no lease has been signed and scheduled.
Removing the Current Roommate/New Roommate Added

Adding a Roommate to a Renewal
1.To begin this process, the pending renewal offer must be deleted from the current resident profile. Once this is completed, then the resident addition can proceed.
2. Next, the roommate addition workflow will need to be completed. This must be completed before the renewal can proceed.

3. Once the addition has been completed, then the renewal offer must be re-generated and selected to draft the renewal lease with the new roommate added.
