QRG - CRM IQ - Canceling a Guest Card
This QRG will outline how to cancel and reactivate a guest card in CRM IQ.
Canceling a guest card -
1. From the resident profile, select the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner and select cancel.
2. A pop up will appear. Enter in the reason the guest card is being canceled, any additional notes you'd like to add, and hit save.
3. Now the resident will be in the canceled status.
Reactivating a Guest Card -
1. From the resident profile, select the three dots in the upper right hand corner and select Reactivate.
2. Now the guest card will be moved back into Prospect status.
