QRG – CRM IQ – Community Leader Dashboard
The Community Leader Dashboard displays the occupancy statistics and available units for the selected property.
You can navigate to this dashboard by selecting the dropdown*:

1. Unit Statistics: Reviews all information about the property
2. Availability and Traffic: Unit availability and traffic of the property from the current week
3. Maintenance: Maintenance activity pending from the current month
4. Resident Activity: Resident activity from the current week
5. View Prospects: Redirects to Global Search with the prospects filter on
6. View Properties: Narrow the results by searching for a specific unit
7. View Vendors: Redirects to Payee dashboard
8. View Residents: Redirects to Global Search with the residents filter on
9. Add Maintenance: Opens up the Add Work Order flyout
10. Add Charge: Redirects to the Payee page to filter for vendors
11. Add Receipt: Opens the Batch receipt flyout to add a batch receipt
12: Add Payable: Opens up Batches page
13: Add PO: Opens up Add PO page to add POs
