QRG – CRM IQ – Merging Guest Records
There are now two ways to merge guest records in CRM IQ. The first is an option presented to us when we are creating a new guest, the second is from within the prospect profile.
Creating a New Guest – Merge with Existing Guest Record
1. Beginning on the agent dashboard, in the top middle, select Add New and choose Prospect from the dropdown options.
2. As you begin to enter prospect details like First Name and Last Name, CRM IQ will provide a list of Possible Matches.
3. Should any of these align to a pre-existing guest record you will select the Name listed below where you will be routed to the prospect profile. All updates to the guest record will then be made from the prospect profile.
Merging Guests from the Prospect Profile
1. To merge guests from the prospect profile you will select the dropdown menu in the top right corner and choose Merge Prospect Records.
2. Within the Merge Prospect Records window, begin by searching for the prospect under Find Records by using First Name, Last Name, Phone, or Email. Once you’ve found the correct record select the Merge button to the right of the prospect name and Next in the bottom right corner.
3. Update any necessary information on the Select Merged Fields window and then select Save & Merge in the bottom right corner.
4. You will see a confirmation message at the top right of your screen once complete.
