QRG - CRM IQ- Entering a New Guest Card
This QRG covers the process of entering a new guest card for a lead that did not come in through online or phone leads. An example of this would be a walk-in tour.
1. From the Agent Dashboard, select Add New.
2. Under Add New, select Prospect.
3. Once into the Prospect Details you’ll be required to provide First Name, Last Name, Property, Agent, First Contact Type – where you’ll select Call, and Source. Reminder to record a Phone Number and Email Address for the Prospect as well.
5. Once the prospect record has been created, you may add prospect notes into the Notes section on the prospect Profile. Once entered, press Save & Continue in the bottom right corner.
