QRG – CRM IQ – Agent Calendar Blackouts

You have the ability to set up a one-time agent calendar blackout as well as recurring agent calendar blackouts.  

 

Agent Calendar Blackouts 


1. From the home page view, select the calendar icon

2. Once in the calendar select Add New.

3. Under Event Type select Agent Event and select the Agent.

4. Select the Date, Start Time, End Time, and Note a reason for the agent blackout. Once those fields are completed, press Save in the bottom right corner.

Recurring Agent Calendar Blackouts


1. Follow steps 1 through 3 on agent blackouts above. Now under the Time section, toggle the Recurring button on.  

2. Enter a Start Date, Occurrences (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly), Start Time, End Time, Duration, End Date, and Note the reason for the recurring blackout.  

3. Press Save in the bottom right corner.
