Adjusting Move-In Date for Applied and Approved Statuses
1. From the applicant profile, select "Rental Terms" from the lefthand column.
2. From here, the dates will need to be adjusted at the top of the page. Make sure both the Move-In Date and the Lease From Date are updated. Select "Save" to update the dates. You will see a confirmation pop up alerting you that the dates and quoted rent have been updated. Select "Ok".
3. Once all details have been updated, go to the "Manage Lease" in the lefthand column and generate the lease with the adjusted move in dates.
4. Confirm all charges look accurate for the lease before proceeding with finalizing the lease. Select "Next" to proceed.
5. For the final step, review the lease information to confirm everything is accurate. Once the final review has been completed and everything looks accurate, then select "Finalize Lease". A pop up will appear -- on this pop up, select "Yes". This will complete the process.
The screen will redirect to the documents page and if the lease was finalized properly, then it will show that team members are waiting on signatures for the lease.
Adjusting Move-In Date for Future Status
1. From the future resident profile, select "Manage" from the lefthand column and go to the "Manage" tab.
2. Under the "Manage" tab, select the blue "Manage" drop down and choose "Adjust Move In".
3. A side bar will appear, and in this side bar, you will update both the Move-In Date and Lease From Date. The "Lease To" date will automatically update based on the date entered on the "Lease From" date and the number of months entered in the Lease Term field.
If everything looks correct, select "Save". The side bar will update with the new move in date as a confirmation.
