CRM IQ - Customer Information Overview and Definitions
This QRG defines the different types of customer information in CRM IQ.
All of these codes can be searched by to find that exact person the code is assigned to.
C-Code - Customer Code: The C-Code is a unique code that is assigned to all customers that contact Centerspace properties.
P-Code - Prospect Code: The P-Code is a code assigned to each unique prospect at each Centerspace property. The P-Code will be carried with the prospect through the application process until the prospect is moved into the "Resident" status.
T-Code - Tenant Code: The T-Code is a unique code assigned to all residents (aka tenants). These codes are assigned to primary tenant or head of household. These codes will stay with the residents until after their move out status.
R-Code - Roommate Code: The R-Code is a unique code assigned to roommates nested under the head of household.
