QRG - CRM IQ - How to Add a Pet to a Blue Moon Lease
This QRG is a walk through on how to add a pet(s) to a current Blue Moon lease.
Blue Moon leases do not require a midterm lease agreement. Blue Moon leases generate One-Off Documents
1. Add in the pet's information and make sure the information is accurate. To enter in this information, from the profile tab, select the "Pets" tab. In this tab, you will add all required pet information and select "Save"
2. Once all pet information has been entered, then you will navigate to the "Lease Charges" tab under Lease Info. Here, you will enter the recurring pet charge if applicable by selecting "Add Lease Charge". The "From Date" needs to be the day you're adding the charge on.
You will also need to add the one-time pet charges if applicable such as the non-refundable pet fee and refundable pet deposit. These will be added onto the ledger and NOT added as a lease charge.
3. To draft a document reflecting these changes, you will use the "Documents" tab. From here, select the "Add Documents" button. From this drop down, select "Blue Moon E-Sign". This will bring you to "Edit Fields" section. Review the "Animal Addendum" information to confirm everything is accurate. Select "Next" to continue.
4. Next, in the "Select Document" tab, select the "Animal Addendum" to generate a one-off document for adding a pet. Review the information on the Animal Addendum to confirm it's accurate. If it is, select "Send" to send the document to the lease holder(s).
