QRG - CRM IQ - Entering, Editing, and Completing Work Orders

This QRG explains the process of entering, editing, and completing work orders in CRM IQ.


Entering Work Orders - 


1. Go to the "Add New" drop down at the top of the Agent Dashboard. This will give give a "Work Order" option in the drop down - select this option.


*Please note the heading of CRM IQ has been updated to reflect these new dropdown options. The remaining images in this tutorial do not reflect the new dropdown options, however functionality remains the same. 


2. A work order flyout will appear on the right-hand side. Fill in all necessary information for a work order and hit "Save". This work order has now been created.


Editing a Work Order - 


1. Go to the "Work Order Dashboard", which can be found under the "Dashboards" drop down in the top menu.


2. Select the work order number of the work order you would like to make edits to. This will pull up a flyout on the righthand side and allow for you to make any necessary edits. When all edits have been made, select "Save" and the work order will appear updated on the dashboard.


Completing a Work Order -


1. Find the work order you'd like to complete and select the green "Complete" button.


2. Hitting "Complete" Will bring a pop-up up with information that needs to be filled out. Once all information has been completed, select "Save" to complete the work order.
