This article will cover how to set filters in your Aspire reporting dashboard to best track the progress of your Team Member's learning plan completion.


1. To start, you will begin on your Group Supervisor Activity Dashboard. From there, you will navigate to the "Reports" tab in the upper bar.


2. Select the drop down under "Reports" and then choose the "Learning Plan Assigned" to navigate to the reporting dashboard. This dashboard will be used to track the progress and status of the Team Member's Learning Plans.



3. On this page, you will be able to set a variety of parameters to dictate what you'd like to find. Following the steps below, you will be able to save any filters that you use frequently.


4. To set this filter, you will use the multiple drop down menus and you will start with the "ReportTo" and choose "Entire Team" from the drop down.


5. Next, you will use the "Supervisors" option to pick which supervisor you would like to filter by and to do this, you will select the three dots adjacent to "Supervisor" You will select your name as a supervisor and then move to learning plans.


6. Now, we will complete the same process under the "Learning Plan" category. You will select the following Learning Plans -

  • CS - Community Leader Learning Plan Checklist
  • CS - Assistant Community Leader Learning Plan Checklist
  • CS - Leasing Consultant Learning Plan Checklist
  • CS - Service Leader Learning Plan Checklist
  • CS - Service Technician or Specialist Learning Plan Checklist
  • CS - Community Porter Learning Plan Checklist

Once these learning plans have been selected, then you will click "OK".


7. Now that all categories have filters applied, you will be able to save this report for easy access. To do this, you will select save in the upper right hand section next to the selection menus. This will bring up a prompt asking you to name this filter (report) something you will easily remember, and then select save.


8. If everything is completed correctly, then you will see your report saved under "Saved Filters". This report will now be available to you to run at any time by selecting it from the drop down menu. It will automatically run from there.
