  • Indicate the Portal Registration Status - All is recommended
  • Indicate resident status, current and notice are recommended to cover all current residents, if you would like to invite residents in future status (signed leases awaiting move-in) this is a great way to help kick off engagement even before they move in

  • Next you may set conditions, or narrow your target audience for attendees by indicating "Yes" in the, "Would you like to add more conditions" box

  • Next you may setup the event details (description, name, date, time, location, etc.)

  • You may setup event reminders
  • You may add the event to the calendar in the resident portal
