Log into your Office365 account online: www.office365.com
It may make you do the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if it has been a while since you’ve logged in online.
Along the left side, in the navigation pane, are the links to the apps.
Click on the OneDrive App. It should open in another tab.
In your OneDrive, you will find the zip file with your username that Josh restored. It will show Josh Johnson – Admin in the Modified column.
Click on the ‘overflow menu’ dots and then Download the zip file. Depending on the size of the file, this may take a while, so please be patient. Mine took 30 minutes.
It will download into the ‘Downloads’ directory on your computer.
Right click on the file and click ‘Extract Here’.
Once the folder is created, carefully go through the folder and take any files that you need to keep and load them back to OneDrive. You can do this easiest by dragging them from the Explorer window to the OneDrive in your browser.
Once you are finished keeping the necessary files and moving them to OneDrive, please delete the zip file from your OneDrive and from your computer.
