Updating COVID Vaccination Status
- Log into UKG
- Go to Myself > Personal > Private Info then click ‘edit’
- Answer the questions under Vaccination Status then click ‘save’

Uploading COVID Vaccination Card
- Log into UKG
- Go to Myself > Employee File Management then click ‘upload document’
- Choose your document file
- Under Document Type, select COVID Vaccination Card
- Under Document Name, click on Document Type to auto populate the Document Name
- Click ‘upload’
Please note: if you have two vaccine cards from multiple doses, both cards need to be uploaded, one at a time.
