In the event that a technician does not answer the phone, they will need to retrieve the message from a toll-free number. Below are instructions on retrieving calls. The system will call the on-call phone to deliver a recorded message to the technician. 

  1. Call (833) 753-8324 from the on-call phone. The caller ID will recognize the phone number, so no password is needed, but calls must be made from the on-call phone (the phone number that received the message.) 
  2. Press 2 to acknowledge the message and call the resident back.
  • Here are some other phone prompts that may be helpful
    • Pressing 1 will repeat the message. 
    • Pressing 7 will go back to the previous message.
    • Pressing 9 will advance to the next message.
