There are a few settings that need to be changed now that you are using a new profile. These are:
- Change your default apps
- Get the ROOOF extension installed so you can post to Craigslist
- Tips for using OneDrive
- Set up document scanning
- Fix problems logging onto MRI
How to Change Default apps:
Right click on the Start button and click on Settings
Click on Apps
Click on Default apps
Change Email to Outlook, Web browser to Chrome (optional), and click on Choose default apps by file type
Scroll down to .pdf and change this to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
How to install the ROOOF extension (posting to Craigslist):

Tips for using OneDrive:
If you currently back up your desktop, documents, and pictures- sign on to OneDrive in your new profile and go to the settings. Right click on the Cloud icon in the lower right corner and click on Settings.
Click on the Backup tab and then click on Manage backup.
Make sure that Desktop, Documents, and Pictures are all checked and then click on Start backup. All of these items should populate into their old positions in your new profile.

Fix problems logging onto MRI:
Internet Explorer is the best browser for logging onto MRI, but each time you try to open IE, you might be getting redirected to the Edge browser.
1) Click on the Start button and type in Internet Explorer
2) Right click on Internet Explorer > More > Pin to Task Bar
3) Open the Edge browser > click on the ellipsis in the upper right corner or hit Alt+F on your keyboard > Settings > Default Browser
4) Where is says Let Internet Explorer open sites in Microsoft Edge, change the setting to Never
