When you switch your user profile over to Azure AD, there are just some simple steps to make sure your document scanning still works. If you use the Scan to Network function on your printer, please follow option 1. If you use the HP Scan and Capture app, please see option 2 and submit a help ticket through the Support Center.
Option 1:
Click on the File Explorer icon.
Your scan folder is located on the C: drive. Find that file and send it to the desktop as a shortcut.
- Click on This PC
- Then double click on the C drive
Find the Scans folder and right click on it. Choose Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).
There should be a shorcut to that folder on your desktop.
Option 2:
Click on the Start button to find and open the Microsoft Store
Search for the HP Scan and Capture app
If you see a check mark along the top that says "You own this app", then hit the Install button

Launch the App and go to Settings. Click on Select Device and choose your HP or Samsung printer. Test out the function. If it doesn't work, please submit a help ticket and someone from the IT staff will assist you.
