Welcome to Microsoft 365 Exchange/Outlook in the cloud!!


Earlier in the month, in the January newsletter, we announced the move to the Microsoft 365 platform. Our first segment of the roll out will be happening this weekend as we move our email platform online.


Taking into consideration, office hours on Saturday, January 23rd, for some of our properties we will schedule the migration for Saturday evening from 8-10 pm CST. We are providing some insights as to if, and how this will impact your ability to use the corporate email over the second half of the weekend.


With regards to email on your computer:


Visually nothing will change when you are in Outlook, however you may need to close out of Outlook and restart the app in order for the change to fully take effect. In some cases, you may need to log out of the app and log back in. If you access your email online, you will more than likely need to log out and log back in.

With regards to email on your phone:


If you access email through Maas360, you will need to walk through the process to reset the Email feature in Maas360, so it can reconfigure with the new settings. The steps are outlined by following the respective links below if you would like to walk through it yourself, or you can join one of the pre-scheduled calls for Monday, January 25th, at 8:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:30 pm CST.
