Follow the steps below to reset your password. Team members can do this on their own instead of requesting assistance from the IT team.
Step 1 - Go to www.office.com on any computer and hit sign in.
Step 2 - Click on the link that says Can't access your account? NOTE: If there is another account signed into that computer, you will need to switch accounts to sign in with a new account.
Alternatively, if you typed in your username already and clicked Next, you can click the link that says Forgot my password.
Step 3 - If prompted, choose Work or school account.
Step 4 - Enter your centerspacehomes.com email address in the User ID field and enter the characters shown in the picture into the text box as shown below. Then click Next.
Step 5 - Choose whether you want a text or a call and then enter your full phone number in the text box. Make sure you use the same phone number stored in your account (Microsoft shows you the last 2 digits so you know which one you used. In this example case it is 99). Then click Text/Call
Step 6 - Check your phone for the text message and type in the verification code you received. Then, click Next.
Step 7 - Once you have successfully verified, enter your new password in both boxes and click Finish. NOTE: This will reset your password for any resources that uses your Centerspace email such as Yardi, UKG, Aspire, etc.
When setting a new password, please make sure it is something you have not used before and are meeting the length and complexity requirements.
